Experienced arts manager with strategic leadership to shape and deliver music-education opportunities for children, families and young people. Leads safeguarding and wellbeing, budgets and performance evaluation, and builds internal and external partnerships to maximise reach and impact. Manages and develops a team through a period of change across Snape Maltings and Suffolk locations, with flexible working options. Strong communicator and collaborator who is committed to inclusion and widening access, designing meaningful programmes and learning experiences in line with BPA’s mission.
