Job Summary

Head of Channel Partnerships responsible for leading a multinational team of partner managers, owning the referral partnership funnel end-to-end, designing and building the partner programme, driving the advisor portal evolution, and coordinating with marketing, RevOps, and product marketing to scale a high-velocity referral engine for a Europe-based fintech SaaS grower. The role emphasizes setting clear team goals, driving pipeline health and SQL targets, implementing process improvements and AI-enabled workflows, and coaching PMs and partner managers. Must have experience in channel sales or partnerships, strong cross-functional influence, and proficiency in German and English.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven first-line management of a channel, referral, or partnerships team, ideally within fintech, accounting technology, or a product sold into the finance and accounting space
  • Background in channel sales, referral partnerships, or partner programme management
  • Comfortable with SMB partner dynamics and the mechanics of a high-velocity, monthly-target environment
  • Fluent (C2) in German and English (C1)
