Job Summary
Shape and execute the AMER Channel Partnerships program across Canada, North America, and LATAM. Design regional partner strategy, onboard and recruit channel partners (Solutions Partners, Service Partners, and Resellers), and drive multi-channel alliances with Global System Integrators, Think Tanks, Higher Education, and technology partners to accelerate growth. Build trusted external partnerships and align with internal Revenue and Segment teams to support regional targets; develop recruitment, enablement, marketing, and incentive programs; manage partner budgets, forecasting, and KPIs; cultivate Tier-1 relationships and stay ahead of industry trends to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in an international or B2B SaaS company, with a strong track record of building and executing partner programs in fast-growth technology environments.
