Job Summary

Head of Change at Frasers Group Financial Services leads the enterprise change function, owning the change portfolio and ensuring prioritisation, governance, and delivery across cross-functional programmes and third-party partnerships. Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in enterprise change delivery within regulated environments (preferably Financial Services)
  • Deep understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
  • Strategic, yet delivery-focused leadership with ability to drive outcomes
  • Experience coordinating change planning, business readiness, governance and reporting
