Job Summary
Head of Change at Frasers Group Financial Services leads the enterprise change function, owning the change portfolio and ensuring prioritisation, governance, and delivery across cross-functional programmes and third-party partnerships. Responsibilities include shaping change demand with executives, ensuring non-digital elements are scoped and delivered, maintaining end-to-end visibility of ongoing and pipeline change, and providing senior oversight of multi-stream programmes. The role requires leading governance, reporting to executives, coaching senior sponsors and owners, and driving continuous improvements in ways of working within a regulated financial services environment. Strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in agile/hybrid delivery models are essential, along with the ability to operate across business and technology boundaries and to manage cross-functional delivery environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in enterprise change delivery within regulated environments (preferably Financial Services)
- Deep understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
- Strategic, yet delivery-focused leadership with ability to drive outcomes
- Experience coordinating change planning, business readiness, governance and reporting
