Job Summary
Define and execute the casino content strategy across all brands and markets, own the commercial performance of the casino vertical, lead a multidisciplinary team, manage end-to-end relationships with casino providers, oversee game portfolios and lobby experiences to maximise engagement and conversion, drive provider accountability for performance, quality and timelines, analyse performance metrics and player behaviour to inform content decisions, continuously optimise lobby layouts and player journeys to improve retention and engagement, translate company strategy into KPIs and measurable outcomes, and build scalable team structures to support growth and increasing complexity.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience
- Proven track record in casino, iGaming, or digital content environments
- Proven ability to drive commercial performance and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of player behaviour and content performance drivers
- Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
- Experience managing large-scale content portfolios across markets
