Job Summary
Run end-to-end card operations including issuing, acquiring, processor management, and scheme reconciliation while building reconciliation for a new processor and scaling an ATM network across national payment networks, individual machines, and cash-in-transit partners. Own live processes without incidents, manage settlements and chargeback disputes, and lead a Philippines-based team through hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Define operational requirements with Product and Engineering and handle regulator communications in English. Relocate to Manila for the first three months to support work visa processing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in card operations
- time in international fintech, digital banking, or payment processing
- Hands-on experience with card reconciliation, settlements, chargebacks and disputes, issuing, or acquiring at real transaction volume
- Management experience where you hired, built, and scaled a team
- Experience working with non-local or distributed teams, effective in a multicultural setup without a long ramp-up
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Ready to relocate to Manila
- the first three months onsite are required for work visa processing
