Job Summary
Lead the national Therapeutic Area MSL team for CAPLYTA, US Field Medical Affairs in Titusville, NJ, providing scientific, clinical, research, and educational support to health care professionals and internal partners. Set and execute the TA field strategy, coach Field Directors and MSLs, ensure compliant scientific engagement, collaborate with clinical R&D, MA trial teams, and cross-functional partners, develop educational materials and tools, identify opportunities to address educational gaps, and drive strategic initiatives and access to healthcare professionals across the nation. Demonstrate scientific leadership across new disease states, marketed products, and pipeline assets, and build a high-performing, diverse TA MSL organization aligned with Credo values and business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as PharmD, PhD, or MD required
- Minimum of 10 years in Medical Affairs
- Experience leading field-based teams; evidence generation and communication preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years previous MSL management responsibility
- Willingness to travel up to 60-70% annually; ability to maintain an office/home base
