Head of Capital Raising - Europe

Head of Capital Raising leads equity and project finance fundraising across Europe, owning end-to-end process from investor origination to closing. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating equity financing with institutional investors, debt/mezzanine/ blended finance for carbon projects, developing investor materials and financial models, managing due diligence, term sheets, and pipeline growth, and representing the company at climate finance conferences and investor roadshows. The role requires a senior professional with a proven track record closing transactions with institutional investors, a broad network across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, and strong skills in equity deal structuring, project finance mechanics, and investor communications. The position reports to the CFO and collaborates with the CEO and Director of Corporate Finance & IR; travel to investor meetings and industry events is expected. A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA, CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
