Head of Business Unit Industry (Adhesives & Sealants) to drive growth in a dedicated market segment, develop short- and long-term strategies, and manage the existing product portfolio within Product Management. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and markets, expanding sales channels, achieving market-specific sales and EBIT targets, implementing pricing policies, negotiating with major distribution customers, analyzing market and sales data, conducting trainings and events to promote technologies, building brand awareness, supporting e-commerce initiatives, and pursuing ongoing knowledge of new technologies. Requires engineering background, B2B sales leadership experience, strong strategic planning and financial acumen, and excellent communication in English and Hungarian.
