Job Summary
Develop and implement the business strategy for the global health business, covering the product portfolio, business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation, and growth initiatives. Define a sustainable, profitable roadmap to drive revenue growth aligned with customer requirements and corporate values. Lead and develop a team of product managers while driving innovation projects through to commercialization. Build strong working relationships with the product organization, internal stakeholders, and customers to understand their needs and workflows. Support customer visits with the sales team and take over public appearances. Communicate portfolio updates across media channels and ensure in-house training to foster deeper product understanding. This role requires a strategic thinker with five years of supervisory experience in a matrix environment, fluent English, and 20-30% global travel. Based in Princeton, NJ, this position offers a $250,000–$280,000 base salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Successful track record in a similar international product management focused on B2B Food & Beverage markets
- Minimum five years supervisory or managerial experience in a matrix environment
- Proven technological knowledge in bioscience
- Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably
- Strong customer mind set with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver positive experience by creating a partnership mentality
- Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive business objectives while maintaining our company and people values
