Job Summary

Head of Business Systems & Operations at Reachdesk leads the end-to-end systems and data architecture across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and the BI layer to enable scalable, automated workflows and trusted data. Owns the operating model, governance, and AI-embedment in core workflows (forecasting, pipeline insights, customer health, billing, automation). Builds and mentors a small systems and operations team, manages vendor relationships for the core SaaS stack, defines KPI reporting for executive leadership, and partners with Finance, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Product to translate priorities into scalable solutions. The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on configuration and governance, delivering measurable efficiency gains in a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS
  • Deep expertise across Salesforce and NetSuite, including designing and evolving the integration layer
  • Strong experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato strongly preferred) and modern BI tooling
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture (quote-to-cash, lead-to-revenue, customer lifecycle)
  • Hands-on experience configuring systems, automations, and data models within the last 12 months
  • Robust data governance and master data management discipline with ownership, lineage, and quality
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional systems programs end-to-end, on time and on budget
  • Excellent stakeholder management with Finance and GTM leadership
  • People leadership experience with coaching mindset and building high-performing teams
  • Preferred: experience in PE-backed, high-growth SaaS environments; AI/ML in workflows; NetSuite/Salesforce certifications
