Job Summary
Head of Unit driving Business Strategy and M&A for Deutsche Börse Group's Market Data + Services data business. Lead strategy development, identify and coordinate selective M&As, guide strategic projects for long-term growth, prepare senior management decision analyses, and spearhead Data & AI Strategy to identify high-impact use cases. Secondary functions include financial planning, initiative tracking, and coordination of compliance/audit/risk tasks. Requires university degree in economics or related field, Master/CFA a plus, 6+ years in strategy/M&A/finance (ideally in financial services), strong data/AI use-case experience, and excellent communication/presentation skills. English required; German a plus. Full-time, based in Frankfurt with on-site presence.
Required Qualifications

- at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in Strategy, M&A, Finance
- experience in data and AI use cases
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- fluency in English; German a plus
