Job Summary
Define the long-term vision for the Idea-to-Product organization by shaping business processes, workflows, and digital capabilities including advanced AI integration. Document current workflows to identify optimization potential while developing the "Northstar" setup for future ways of working across Apparel & Accessories and Footwear. Partner with the Technology team to design requirements and align advanced business capabilities with strategic goals. Lead the business architecture team to map, scale, and structure organizational capabilities, acting as the primary spokesperson for operational teams to manage critical trade-offs and user adoption. Manage a dedicated team of 5-7 experts while serving as a strategic sparring partner to the Senior Leadership Team across Product Strategy, Innovation, Design, Development, and Sourcing.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business process management, digital transformation, or operational excellence
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Experience managing 5+ direct reports
- Demonstrated success in the strategic recruitment and development of top-tier talent
- Deep understanding of the product development value chain (Idea-to-Product) and Creation processes
- Experience within the Apparel, Accessories, or Footwear industries
- Technical affinity and a data-informed, problem-solving mindset
- Deep business acumen and process expertise
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience influencing, collaborating with, and acting as a peer to C-suite and Senior Leadership Teams
- Demonstrated capability in documenting complex workflows
- Demonstrated capability in executing gap analyses
- Demonstrated capability in driving tool adoption
- Demonstrated capability in managing large-scale user training across cross-functional teams
- Degree or deep knowledge in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong focus on process mapping and capability maturity frameworks
Desired Qualifications
