Job Summary
Head of Business Marketing provides end-to-end ownership of integrated marketing strategy and plan for Fidelity Wealth, Fidelity Brokerage, and related consumer portfolio initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals, drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty across paid, owned, and earned channels. Collaborate with product and segment leaders to ensure messaging is audience-first, consistent, and trust-building; shepherd strategic and creative work and oversee a high-performing team including a director responsible for loyalty initiatives. Requires 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable programs that deliver growth. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience

- deep understanding of customer insights, research, and analytics; data-informed decision making
