Job Summary
Lead the professional and disciplinary management of the Business IT department, overseeing teams for AI Integration, Enterprise Content Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Online Business. Drive the strategic development of the IT landscape with a focus on digitalization and AI integration while ensuring the operation, quality, and continuous development of IT services. Prioritize projects, manage resources and external partners, and develop a future-oriented roadmap for AI-supported business solutions through close collaboration with internal departments and international stakeholders. This role requires a completed education in IT or business informatics, several years of leadership experience in Business IT or digitalization, and sound knowledge of business applications and system integration.
Required Qualifications
- Completed education in IT, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in Business IT, enterprise applications, or digitalization
- Sound knowledge of business applications, system integration, and application lifecycle management
- Experience in using artificial intelligence to optimize business processes
- Understanding of modern IT architectures as well as security and data protection requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent German and English skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenText, PTC, Atlassian, TYPO3, Magento, Databricks, and similar tools is an advantage
