Head of Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics

Head of BI and Analytics leading the BI and Analytics function to drive data-driven decision-making, governance, and scalable analytics. Role focuses on shaping the BI roadmap, improving reporting performance, data modelling standards, and modernising the data platform with hands-on leadership and strategic architecture guidance. Key skills include strong Power BI, advanced SQL, Python, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data governance, and experience guiding cross-functional teams in marketing/ SaaS/data-rich environments. Hybrid work model in Madrid (3-4 days in office) with senior leadership responsibilities, mentoring and developing others, and collaboration with leadership to align data initiatives with business priorities. Experience across multiple environments and technologies, including Microsoft Fabric and cloud data platforms, is advantageous.
