Job Summary
Senior leadership role to unify Allianz UK's BI/MI functions into a single operating model; lead and evolve BI capability, shaping how insight informs decision-making across the organisation. Partner with executives to translate business needs into actionable insight, drive measurable business outcomes, and embed an outcome-focused, governed data approach. Champion trusted data and consistent metrics, drive agile delivery, and lead BI managers, developers and analysts to a high-performing team. Desirable experience includes Power BI and MicroStrategy, enterprise semantic layer technologies, AI-augmented analytics, and leading BI teams through organisational change within insurance/financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in BI/MI functions
- Proven track record delivering BI in agile environments
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business needs into actionable insight
- Strong understanding of data governance and trusted data principles
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI and MicroStrategy) and large BI estates
- Experience in insurance or financial services data landscapes
