Lead the Home Internet Business division by directing service planning, sales promotion, and operational improvements for Rakuten Turbo and Rakuten Hikari. Formulate pricing and promotional campaigns to drive sales while managing data science initiatives that analyze customer and market trends. Develop new service features, define business requirements, and optimize operational efficiency across all business areas. Manage a team of approximately 20 professionals, overseeing sub-units in business planning, marketing, sales, and product management to execute aggressive growth strategies. This role is over 80% management focused, requiring executive decision-making to position the company as the No.1 mobile provider in home infrastructure.
