Job Summary
Head of Business Development & Marketing LGS role in Warsaw: leads the BDM shared services function across hubs (Pitching, BD, Data & Operations, Creative & Marketing), overseeing 50+ staff and ensuring scalable, high-quality delivery; directs strategy, governance, service design, onboarding, training, and stakeholder engagement; builds client-focused processes, uses data-driven decision-making, and champions adoption of BD/marketing technology, including AI use cases; collaborates with senior leaders to align priorities with firm-wide goals; operates within a hybrid work model and reports to Head of LGS Transformation & Service Delivery with dotted line to Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer; requires substantial leadership experience, deep understanding of B2B BD/marketing in professional services, and university degree.
