Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for driving integrated District strategy, sales growth, and program execution across Eastern Europe, engaging senior government, military, and industry stakeholders; accountable for district pipeline growth, order intake, and long-term market expansion; oversight across cross-functional teams, partnerships, and international markets; product portfolio includes V-BAT, X-BAT, ViDAR, and Hivemind; requires deep experience in defence, international government relations, and complex procurement in multiple markets; leadership role with quotas and district-wide responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or military education preferred
- 10+ years in defence, military operations, business development, capture management, or international government relations
- experience operating across multiple international markets in defence/aerospace/national security
- ability to lead distributed cross-functional teams and engage with senior military/government stakeholders
- experience engaging senior military leadership, ministries of defence, and NATO/embassy stakeholders
- track record of pipeline development, capture strategy, and closure of complex defence opportunities
- language proficiency relevant to district
- Master’s degree preferred
