Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or military education preferred
  • 10+ years in defence, military operations, business development, capture management, or international government relations
  • experience operating across multiple international markets in defence/aerospace/national security
  • ability to lead distributed cross-functional teams and engage with senior military/government stakeholders
  • experience engaging senior military leadership, ministries of defence, and NATO/embassy stakeholders
  • track record of pipeline development, capture strategy, and closure of complex defence opportunities
  • language proficiency relevant to district
  • Master’s degree preferred
