Job Summary
The Head of Business Development (HoBD) drives strategic growth and oversees partnerships and commercialization initiatives. Responsibilities include defining and implementing business development strategies aligned with product roadmaps, leading customer discovery initiatives, building and scaling a high-performing business development team, and presenting business cases to the executive team. Requires over 10 years of experience in business development and strong analytic skills, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product strategy
- Proven track record overseeing cross‐functional initiatives, strategic partnerships, or product commercialization programs
- Hands-on product management experience
- Strong analytic skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrate the ability to lead cross‐functional initiatives
