Job Summary
Oversee the business development department's P&L, leading operations for both financial and customer aspects while managing and controlling costs within agreed budgets. Develop and implement expansion strategies, forecast sales and budgets, and execute growth plans to maximize productivity and profitability. Build a strong management team, establish operational systems and compliance procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality standards. Lead human capital initiatives, foster relationships with local authorities, and promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role within industrial sectors
- Proven track record in techno-commercial business development
- Business-savvy, results-driven, cost-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement
- Strong leadership with integrity, able to inspire and promote company vision, mission, and values
- Skilled in driving cultural growth and change management
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of influencing and working effectively across cross-functional teams
- Dedicated to maintaining high safety standards and operational excellence
Desired Qualifications
- MBA is an advantage
- Preferably experienced in multinational companies with established practices
- Background in renewable energy or related industries is an advantage
