Job Summary
Lead revenue growth for Auto Innovators by packaging core assets into sellable programs, including events, sponsorships, partnerships, subscription products, and membership. Oversee a portfolio of products and events, manage a small team, and develop multi-year strategies to diversify non-dues revenue. Drive value for sponsors and members through monetizable programs, pricing, and compelling business cases, from initial conversations to launch. Maintain high-visibility relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders, while reporting to the CFO and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue-positive events and programs. Hybrid work arrangement with presence at the Washington, DC headquarters at least three days per week; salary range $220K-$250K with comprehensive benefits.
