Job Summary
Head of Business Analytics responsible for owning Libsyn’s KPI framework end to end, establishing a single source of truth for metrics, and leading forward-looking analyses to inform product discovery, experimentation, and roadmap decisions. Partner with Product Managers to define measurement plans for new features, lead experimentation and analysis standards (A/B testing, cohort analyses, retention/funnel analysis), and provide executive-ready insights to leadership. Drive data-driven decision-making across teams, build repeatable reporting patterns, and raise data literacy through enablement and governance. This senior individual contributor role requires deep expertise in analytics, data quality, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to help leaders ask better questions and make better tradeoffs.
