Job Summary
Develop and execute the company's Brand Partnerships strategy, owning revenue goals and sales forecasting. Generate business through inbound and outbound channels by building relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners. Create sponsorship packages and custom opportunities across YouTube, social media, live experiences, merchandise, licensing, and future media initiatives. Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts, and partnership structures while managing an Account Executive. Improve CRM systems, sales processes, reporting, and operational workflows. Partner closely with Creative and Production to ensure brand integrations enhance the audience experience, track campaign performance, and deliver post-campaign reporting. Recruit and lead future members of the Brand Partnerships team.
