Job Summary
Head of Brand Marketing at Mercury to reframe the category for founders, owning the brand narrative and the multi-channel system (campaigns, content, social, community, events/experiential) to make Mercury the obvious choice for founders and to drive earned attention with purposefully shareable stories. Build and manage the brand system and budget, track awareness and sentiment, and take smart creative risks to shape the founder ecosystem through a cohesive, scalable brand presence.
Required Qualifications
- Deep personal fluency in the startup and founder ecosystem
- Track record of building Brand presence that founders shared and referenced
- Strong narrative instincts and ability to tell a company story across formats
- Cultural fluency and awareness of broader cultural conversations
- Experience owning a full brand surface (campaigns, content, social, events, community) and translating that into a coherent system
