Job Summary
Head of Brand Comms & Creative at Quad Lock based in Melbourne, leading the brand content team and owning the visual identity, voice, and storytelling across channels. Responsibilities include defining and evolving visual identity and tone of voice, setting the content calendar, developing cross-platform campaigns, ensuring consistency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, defining PR strategy, steering content production from concept through publish, identifying opportunities in motorsport and outdoor spaces, and leading a team of content creators, editors, and social/PR resources. The role integrates close collaboration with athletes/ambassadors, support from EU-based freelance creators, and alignment with performance marketing. Requires proven experience with at least 2 years leading a team, strong brand-voice discipline, and multi-platform content strategy experience. Location: Melbourne. This is a full-time senior leadership role focused on building and maintaining Quad Lock’s brand presence and storytelling across owned channels and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a content, creative or brand role with at least 2 years leading a team
- Demonstrated experience setting brand visual identity and tone of voice
- Experience collaborating with athletes, ambassadors or community talent in a content context
- Track record of building and executing content strategies across multiple platforms
- Commercial awareness with ability to connect brand content to business outcomes
