Job Summary

Director of Brand and Marketing to lead end-to-end brand, growth, performance marketing, communications, partnerships, content, social media, CRM, and customer lifecycle strategy across Rahal and Rahal eSIM. Reports to the CEO and will scale brands regionally and globally, building a best-in-class in-house marketing organization. Responsibilities include brand strategy and positioning, growth and performance marketing (paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, programmatic, affiliates, influencers), partnerships, content and social, CRM and lifecycle, PR and communications, team leadership, and data-driven commercial ownership. Requirements include 15+ years of experience across branding and digital marketing, leadership in high-growth environments, regional/international campaign experience, and strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills. Experience in travel-tech, mobility, telecom, or connectivity products is a strong advantage, with preference for app growth and digital product marketing.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience across brand, growth, performance marketing, and digital marketing roles
  • Proven leadership experience in high-growth startups, tech companies, travel, e-commerce, mobility, fintech, telecom, or consumer platforms
  • Strong understanding of both brand building and performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success scaling customer acquisition and consumer brands
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing budgets and teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of marketing metrics and attribution
  • Experience leading regional or international marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of the region’s consumer behavior and digital ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-moving environments
  • Experience in travel-tech, mobility, telecom, or connectivity products is a strong advantage
  • Experience with app growth and subscription or digital product marketing is highly preferred
