Job Summary
Lead marketing strategies for Shipping Our Expertise (SOE), Spotify's B2B SaaS business, focusing on product marketing, growth, and brand. Develop growth strategies to drive revenue, adoption, and customer expansion, while targeting developers and enterprise buyers. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales on commercial priorities, establish full-funnel performance tracking, and oversee event and community strategies. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, emphasizing data-informed approaches.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth marketing, or product marketing
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience owning revenue or adoption targets with measurable impact
- Led digital performance marketing, paid acquisition, and growth funnel optimization
- Comfortable working with data, building forecasts, and using dashboards
