Job Summary

Lead marketing for Shipping Our Expertise (SOE), Spotify’s B2B SaaS business, by setting and driving the marketing strategy, executing growth strategies, leading digital and paid acquisition programs, and defining messaging for technical audiences. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales on go-to-market plans, track performance across metrics, and build a high-performing marketing team.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth marketing, or product marketing
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Owned revenue or adoption targets with measurable business impact
  • Led digital performance marketing, paid acquisition, and growth funnel optimization
  • Understanding of engineering culture and ability to communicate with technical audiences

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or technical SaaS products
  • Experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Comfortable working with data and building forecasts
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
