Job Summary
Head of B2B Marketing responsible for building, running, and improving Joko's B2B marketing engine to position Joko as a leading partner for retailers in France and the US. Hands-on across content, campaigns, and enablement while laying foundations for a growing B2B Marketing team. Drive lead generation and deal acceleration by developing ABM tactics, delivering marketing assets (pitch decks, case studies, market studies, newsletters, and website management), and coordinating with Sales and Account Management. Lead events strategy including ownership of owned events and participation in international events (e.g., 1to1 Monaco, Biarritz). Lead and mentor a high-performing team, track KPIs, and leverage AI to scale marketing operations. Requires 8–10 years in B2B marketing, a content-first and data-driven mindset, proficiency with CRM and website tools, and strong communication in French and English. Based in Paris with remote/work-from-anywhere eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years in B2B marketing, ideally in tech or retail
- Experience scaling a B2B marketing machine from early stage to success
- Hands-on with growth levers: CRM, website, market studies
- Content-first mindset; ability to turn data into assets that win deals
- Experience with AI; ability to scale operations through automations and agents
- Team leadership: manage, mentor, and grow marketing teammates
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
