Job Summary
Leads, manages and develops the OML Assessment Centre team; designs and implements the Assessment Strategy to proactively meet the needs of the OML businesses; drives integration of assessment practices and information into other human capital practices; leverages assessment data and technologies to deliver insights for data-driven decision-making; partners with HC communities and business stakeholders to align assessment initiatives with HC priorities; oversees budgeting, governance, and stakeholder relationships; designs assessment solutions balancing employee experience with business needs; ensures ongoing development of the Assessment Centre and alignment with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology/Industrial Psychology (prerequisite)
- Valid registration as an Industrial Psychologist / Psychologist with the HPCSA (prerequisite)
- At least five years’ working experience in an assessment centre environment (preferably at a similar level)
- Experience in partnering with and advising Line Managers and building HR capability around assessment governance and practice
- Experience in designing, refining and implementing assessment frameworks and strategies at an organisational level
- Experience in managing and leading a team of Psychometrists and Psychologists
