Job Summary
Lead and schedule assembly workers, cable technicians, and assemblers for high-voltage testing circuits while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Coordinate cross-functionally with development, engineering, and quality teams across sites to manage technical risks, drive process improvements, and lead staff training. Evaluate technical risks and implement corrective measures based on lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Mechanik
- Meister-/Technikerabschluss, idealerweise Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Montage, Prüftechnik oder Hochspannungsumfeld
- Führungserfahrung in Produktion, Montage oder Prüffeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit Normen, Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Entscheidungs- und Priorisierungsfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
