Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing Appraisals team across Europe, embedding data-led and AI-supported processes to improve speed, accuracy and scalability. Set clear KPIs, manage workload and performance, conduct regular coaching and 1:1s, own team output with focus on productivity, quality and commercial outcomes, and drive continuous process improvements. Collaborate with UK and NL leadership to scale the function, introduce automation and AI tools, and build a resilient, high-energy team culture that delivers consistent quality and efficiency.
