Job Summary
Head of Analytics leading the formation and evolution of StellarTech's analytics function. Responsible for establishing an analytics framework for mobile and web apps, owning and optimizing the Data Platform, delivering real-time dashboards and reports, and providing strategic data-driven insights to executive leadership. Collaborates across Marketing, Monetization, Product, Payments, Finance, and Customer Support to embed a data-driven culture, ensures data governance and privacy compliance, and leads the analytics team to align with company growth aims. Remote or hybrid work options from Cyprus or Poland are available, with direct collaboration to CEO and executive team.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in analytics leadership role in mobile and web app industries
- Strong expertise in analytics tools (Tableau, Superset) and platforms (Google Analytics)
- Data modelling experience for mobile and web analytics
- Experience managing large datasets and data platform
- Proficiency in data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, and marketing analytics tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytics strategy
- Ability to work remotely or hybrid from Cyprus or Poland
