Job Summary
Define the AI vision across mobile acquisition and programmatic platforms while building internal tools to support media buying teams. Automate reporting and complex decision-making workflows to scale operations, leveraging data-driven models to maximize platform performance. Stay at the forefront of modern AI by testing and applying the latest tools at a rapid pace. This hands-on leadership role requires experience with Claude, code-based AI platforms, and the performance marketing ecosystem, including Google Ad Manager and DSPs/SSPs. The position is open to candidates in the US and Israel for a veteran ad-tech startup focused on revenue-driven technical innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with modern AI tools, including Claude, code-based AI platforms, and emerging technologies
- A solid understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, paid social (Facebook, Native), and the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs/SSPs)
- Demonstrated experience leading R&D or significant AI initiatives
