Job Summary
Head of AI at Stillfront leads the group-level AI strategy and drives adoption of generative AI across all crafts—from art and game design to engineering, marketing, and localization. This hands-on leadership role focuses on embedding AI-powered productivity and creativity across the portfolio, launching scalable AI-assisted workflows, and building the AI Champions program to empower studio-level practitioners. The role includes curating tools, evaluating vendors, collaborating with technology partners and research labs, and establishing KPIs to measure productivity gains and time-to-delivery reductions.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience working with AI, with strong hands-on familiarity with modern generative AI tools, APIs, and workflows (LLMs, image generation, code assistants)
- Proven track record of rolling out AI-powered tools and processes across multiple teams or disciplines—not just building models, but driving real adoption
- Deep understanding of game development pipelines and the day-to-day realities of art, design, engineering, marketing, and localization teams
- Strong communicator who can translate AI capabilities into concrete, craft-specific productivity stories that excite non-technical stakeholders
- Experience navigating diverse stakeholder environments and building consensus around new ways of working
- Passionate about democratizing AI—making powerful tools accessible to people who aren’t engineers or data scientists
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by moving from vision to prototype to scalable rollout at speed
