Job Summary
Head of AI Engineering focused on architecting multi-agent cognitive systems, leading IA transformation for DSI, and training engineers in context engineering. Responsibilities include delivering modernization and greenfield IA projects, designing and deploying agentic software engineering environments (CLI-based), ensuring security-first compliance with Swiss standards (LPD/FINMA) and FinOps considerations, advising CIOs/managers IT on roadmaps and ROI, and advancing GTM efforts with clients and ecosystem partners. Requires 5+ years as Tech Lead/Architect/CTO-level, deep expertise in Software Engineering Agentique, architectures for multi-agent orchestration (ReAct, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), MCP usage for complex SI integration, RAG architectures, and strong thought leadership. Fluent in French and English. Located in Geneva, Switzerland, with in-person work arrangements. Focus on hands-on delivery, coaching, and cross-country collaboration without people management as a primary component.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles
- expertise in Software Engineering Agentique
- experience with large language models and agentic frameworks
- familiarity with MCP, RAG, ReAct, and multi-agent orchestration
- bilingual French and English
