Job Summary
Lead the technical vision and architecture of the AI platform, managing Enterprise Search, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows while scaling solutions for over 400 enterprises. Manage the AI Engineering team, translating product requirements into a prioritized roadmap and establishing best practices for MLOps, code quality, and deployment. Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001 standards through rigorous evaluation and monitoring. Evaluate emerging LLM and agent technologies to guide platform evolution and foster technical excellence within the team. This role supports amber's mission to build Europe's Business-KI, enabling intelligent agents for KMUs. The position requires a hybrid schedule with three in-person meetings weekly and offers benefits including offsites, subsidized transit, and daily meal vouchers.
Required Qualifications
