Job Summary

Champion safe, practical AI adoption across the company by acting as the go-to internal voice on usage strategies. Partner with teams and individual contributors to implement change, helping people move from curiosity to confident, everyday AI usage. Identify and build a network of AI "star performers" to turn them into internal champions. Draft and own company-wide AI usage guidelines, balancing safety, data protection, and IP concerns against speed of adoption. Work alongside teams on the build of internal AI tools, contributing use cases, requirements, and hands-on testing. Design and deliver internal training that lifts AI fluency across departments, from beginners to power users. This four-to-five-month contract requires travel to Bucharest, Sofia, Malta, or London offices at least once.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to quickly understand a new environment, assess existing ways of working, and deliver measurable results within a five-month contract.
  • Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (such as Claude, Codex, Copilot, or similar) in software development, with experience driving adoption across teams, not just personal use.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, prompt engineering, AI capabilities and limitations, and how AI fits into the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience creating AI usage policies or governance guidelines covering data privacy, confidentiality, acceptable use, and IP protection.
  • Good understanding of enterprise AI risks, including data security, hallucinations, model bias, and third-party AI tools.
  • Experience designing and delivering AI training or enablement programs for a range of audiences.
  • Proven success leading change and driving adoption of new tools or processes across distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Able to influence and build trust with stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Sound judgment, balancing innovation with responsible and practical AI use.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, international environment.
  • Willing and able to travel to our offices in Bucharest (Romania), Sofia (Bulgaria), and Malta.

Desired Qualifications

  • Passionate about helping others improve the way they work through AI.
