Job Summary
Build intelligent workflows with Claude, Claude Code, and GPT-APIs to automate M&A processes from buyer research to financial analysis. Construct end-to-end automation pipelines using n8n and Make for CRM integrations, email sequences, and reporting. Write custom code in Python or JavaScript when no-code solutions are insufficient, and develop real-time dashboards for deal pipeline KPIs. Architect a seamless tool ecosystem across Monday, Google Workspace, and Close CRM while proactively introducing new AI models and tools to the team. Work remotely with full flexibility, supporting a boutique that executes deals for e-commerce entrepreneurs ranging from 2 to 40 million euros in annual revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit KI-Tools, insbesondere Claude/Anthropic-Produkten (Claude Code, Cowork), ChatGPT, Perplexity oder vergleichbaren LLMs
- Sicherer Umgang mit Automatisierungsplattformen: n8n, Make (Integromat) oder Zapier
- Programmierkenntnisse in mindestens einer Sprache (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript bevorzugt)
- Erfahrung mit API-Integrationen und Webhook-basierter Automatisierung
- Verständnis für CRM-Systeme (idealerweise Close) und deren Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Dashboards und Datenvisualisierungen aufzubauen (Google Sheets, Excel, BI-Tools)
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (Monday, Notion, Asana o.ä.)
