Job Summary
Lead Aftersales for FAMCO across Trucks and Construction Equipment, directing Service, Parts, and Uptime strategies to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. Based in Dubai, you will oversee 6+ direct reports, manage P&L performance for the aftersales division, ensure compliance with OEM warranty procedures and service quality standards, and collaborate with OEM partners and suppliers to keep service offerings technically advanced. You will shape strategic planning and execution for service and parts growth, build strong relationships with OEMs and dealers, and lead a high-performance team focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 7–10 years of experience in aftersales operations
- at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of Trucks and Construction Equipment systems and dealership networks
- Proficiency in dealership management systems such as SAP
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and customer orientation
