Head of Advisor Technology - Americas

Head of Advisor Technology – Americas at Vanguard provides strategic and technical leadership for platforms supporting Financial Advisor Services across Canada, Mexico, and South America. You will own the vision and strategy for marketing technology (AEM, CDP, Marketo) and CRM capabilities, lead high-performing engineering teams across Canada, Mexico, and the U.S., and partner with business, product, and enterprise technology leaders to drive modernization, enable growth, and deliver scalable digital capabilities that power advisor and client experiences. Responsibilities include delivering software releases, evaluating IT vendor products, determining scope with business clients, developing staffing and operational plans, leveraging global staffing options, monitoring service delivery metrics, updating department policies, pursuing continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with information security policies. You will also represent Vanguard externally through panels and conferences and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes within a hybrid working model.
