Job Summary
Lead AR, Credit, Risk and AP across governance, working capital performance, and automation initiatives. Own DSO, aged debt, creditor days and cash conversion metrics; align credit policy, collections strategy and supplier payment governance with forecasting accuracy. Drive AI-enabled enhancements across collections, risk monitoring and AP workflows, and standardize finance operations with strong controls and cross-team collaboration. Partner with Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Technology to balance growth, risk and operational excellence; oversee leadership of the Credit & Risk Manager and Purchase Ledger Manager and ensure audit readiness and policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Strategic Finance Leadership experience across AR, Credit, Risk and Accounts Payable
- Proven ability to lead financial operations in a complex, commercially driven organization
- Working Capital expertise including DSO/DPO improvement and cash forecasting
- Strong governance and control mindset with experience in internal control/audit requirements
- Digital/commercial transformation experience with automation and AI-enabled improvements in finance operations
- Commercial acumen and ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Procurement
- Senior stakeholder influence and ability to engage with senior leaders
- People leadership and talent development of senior managers
