Job Summary
Lead the accounting and FinOps function for a growth-stage AI-native SaaS company. Own end-to-end accounting scope including AR/AP, monthly close, audit readiness, tax compliance, equity administration, treasury, payroll, and ERP, while driving reliable monthly closes and scalable processes. Own ASC 606 revenue recognition across evolving contract structures and geographies; manage tax compliance with US Federal/State and international filings; oversee equity operations via Carta; ensure forecasting controls and ERP optimization; build playbooks and a team to scale from Series B onward. Requires CPA, 3–5 years in Big 4 audit plus leadership experience in a growth-stage environment, and hands-on ability to implement processes before delegation. Strong written communication, ability to navigate complex contracts, and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite/Sage Intacct or similar) are highly valued.
