Head of Accounting

Own all accounting operations across the group, including general ledger, monthly and annual closings, reconciliations, financial reporting, tax filings, and statutory compliance. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes for the Swedish AB and international subsidiaries. Drive high-quality monthly close processes with structured documentation, timelines, accountability and transparency. Support cash flow monitoring, liquidity planning and working capital visibility. Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors, advisors, banks, and authorities. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable finance routines and internal controls using modern systems and AI tools. Support development of management reporting, budgeting, and controlling processes over time. Partner cross-functionally on financial and business matters, including royalty accounting. Act as trusted right hand to the CFO, bringing structure, analysis, and execution power to a fast-evolving finance agenda. Location: Stockholm with hybrid remote arrangement.
