Job Summary

Head of Account Management (CEE) to lead cross-functional collaboration and scalable engagement initiatives in Europe’s growing used car parts marketplace. You will partner with Product, Support, Sales, and Shipping to ensure communications are relevant and on-brand; design a scalable scrapyard engagement model to avoid linear headcount scaling; work with Sales Ops and Product Marketing to implement supplier lifecycle strategy; and grow a team of Account Managers across multiple international markets. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic account growth, and strong cross-functional communication within a fast-paced marketplace/SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in marketplaces or SaaS is a major plus
  • Proven experience managing and expanding a business portfolio through a team
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluent in English
