Job Summary
Head of Account Management role focusing on building and maintaining global partner relationships in the iGaming sector. Manage a portfolio of operator and aggregator accounts, drive retention and turnover growth, identify new commercial opportunities, develop account plans and revenue forecasts, analyze partner performance (GGR, turnover, session KPIs, utilization), prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, and represent the company at industry events. Flexible working hours with the option to work as a freelance contractor or via Malta or Germany entities; this is a full-time position requiring travel and strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; English proficiency is essential and travel outside of normal office hours is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a senior partner manager / account manager / commercial manager / affiliate manager is mandatory
