Job Summary
Lead and monitor all recovery activities to ensure effectiveness and compliance while overseeing account management teams responsible for recovery and client engagement. Develop and implement recovery strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring timely follow-up, resolution, and closure of recovery accounts. Manage and strengthen client relationships throughout the recovery life cycle to drive retention through professional, ethical, and respectful engagement. Handle escalated client issues related to recovery and account management while ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Prepare and present recovery and account management reports to senior management. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in account management or recovery and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in account management, recovery, collections, or credit operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation abilities
- Sound understanding of recovery processes and financial services operations
- Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance recovery objectives with customer retention
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
