Job Summary
Lead the hotel’s cocktail and bar program at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, overseeing menu development, bar execution, beverage program quality, and brand-aligned guest experiences. Drive beverage cost and profitability, recruit/train bar teams, ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, and collaborate with F&B leadership to deliver luxury-service beverage experiences for VIPs and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end or luxury bar operations with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish
- Proven experience developing elevated cocktail programs in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine-dining environments
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends
- Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Exceptional mixology and beverage craftsmanship
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Guest-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to operate computer equipment and F&B systems
